Want to have a holiday season with more ease, grace and flow?
We do this by using sound healing (with tuning forks) to clear out past traumas,
baggage and old programming. Yes, it works over Zoom just the same as in person.
It really does. This virtual group setting will be a bit of guided meditation,
lots of energy clearing and beautiful vibrational sound healing.
Grab a glass of water, your headphones and find a relaxing place that you won’t
be disturbed for 90 mins. Silence your phone, close your eyes and rest as I
guide you through the healing sound vibrations.
The first Wednesday of the fall months at 6:30-8pm CST over Zoom we will explore
the topics of:
🤑 “Money Worries” on Oct 2nd
😵�� “Election & Holiday Stress” on Nov 6th
🍰 “Holiday Eating” on Dec 4th
$35 per session or $85 (save $20) for series (if purchased by 10/2/24)
All registered participants will receive the class recording so you can listen
again in order to deepen the healing work.
(Biofield Tuning is not recommend for people with advanced cancer, old style
pacemaker, recent TBI or pregnant.)

Despite the website/company name - NaNoWriMo stands for National Novel Writing
Month -
Many writers amp up for NaNoWriMo and take part in this accountability framework
in November. Author Casey Jones has re-branded NaNo and it's now called WHAM -
Writing Hard All Month - When you've written your first 5k words you get an
exclamation point and then for each 5k after you get another! Manuscript you
earn your exclamation point 🙂
Casey started early - so in September they did ZAP - zealous all-consuming
Planning - And officially WHAM begins October 1st - but I'm late to that memo -
and so I'm starting when I'm ready in October and in November.
(There's also a reader challenge) Pow - Perusing over words - Every 250 pages
read they get a letter - when they reach 1k pages they get an exclamation point
and then for every 500 pages after they get another exclamation point.
I'm launching a series of events in November for WHAM and I'm going to host two
prep sessions in October for anyone who didn't get to ZAP yet to ensure that
people who want to write a novel in a month are successful.

This series of events is a Member only meeting where we get together and learn
something new about money. Then we take some time to personally look at our
finances and make doing what we know we need to do for our money health - FUN.
This concept is based on a financial freedom method by Penelope Jane Smith where
she expressly invites her clients to change their perspective on money.
Here are the core concepts to Money Date Monday
1) I show up each time my money date is scheduled and I make it fun by setting
the mood. (Get your favorite drink, play some fun music, light a candle, wear a
fabric that you love, look good and feel good for this date.)
2) Express Gratitude for the ability to sit down with your finances and let a
feeling of love wash over you. Know that you are worthy of great things.
3) When you pay a bill - express gratitude for what that bill is representative
of (your house, your car, the groceries you bought last week on your credit
card, etc etc.)
4) When you look at your income express gratitude no matter how much it is.
