How The Perspective Shifters Hub Got Started

In 2011, Stephanie Kunkel was diagnosed with depression.  She worked with a behavioral health specialist for several years and in 2013 she returned to the workplace.  In 2014 she’d found herself in a supervisory position and in 2105 she returned to school for her associates in Leadership Development.  She had personal growth for her mental health right along side her career and professional growth.  This put her in a unique position to help her company establish leadership development programs that educated leaders on their day to day responsibilities as well as what they needed to know to help their teams become the best future leaders possible. 

In 2018 Stephanie decided to build a business plan for a coaching business, and started working with potential clients and youth in her own time.  In 2021, in the midst of the pandemic, she obtained her masters degree in Leadership & Management, finished her first book, and prepared herself to leave the corporate world. 

In 2022, Stephanie decided to create an online program where her signature program could be accessed by clients and as she was doing that she decided to leverage her network of other coaches, specialists, and experts to add to the programming. And in March of 2023, Stephanie & the founding members launched the Perspective Shifters Hub.  

Since then, the group has grown to a worldwide representation of a variety of specialists and individuals who are looking to expand and balance their lives and careers.  Putting a new perspective on work/life balance, championing for mental health in the workplace, and building a community of people who believe they should work to live not live to work. 

Perspective Shifters Members believe in building lives where work, passion, freedom, and fulfillment are harmonious, not at odds.  They believe in helping leaders spread self awareness, inspiration, and compassion throughout the world. And lastly, they believe that the key to lowering the rates of suicide and depression lay within a new more compassionate, and encouraging leadership in the world.

How much is it to join The Hub?

The Perspective Shifters Hub has a monthly and a yearly price.  The monthly cost is $37 and the yearly subscription cost is like getting two months free at $370.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our services we do not offer refunds, however we do offer a Two week free trial which allows you to come in and try out our services before you are charged.

What's included in the membership?

All 200+ Training modules, access to our combined library of resources and tools, group coaching opportunities, co-working sessions, and any live trainings that we host. 

Where is the hub hosted.

The hub is hosted on a platform called Heartbeat which has a browser application (community.perspectiveshifters.com) a mobile app and a desktop app which makes it incredibly convenient to access the hub from anywhere at anytime.

What countries are you in?

Our members and trainings can be accessed from anywhere in the world.  Our specialists are currently in the U.K, Canada and the United States.

How do you verify your specialists?

All of our verified experts start as subscribers to the Perspective Shifters Hub and are then put through a certification program.  We then have an application process to ensure each specialist is ready to take on perspective shifter’s hub members as clients.  Once the application is submitted we then present the specialist to our advisory board who votes on approval.

Can anyone become a specialist?

Anyone can go through our verification process and take the certification program for our specialists, however we take the verification process seriously and only provide properly experienced and vetted subject matter experts for our members. 

How would I get started if I wanted to become an expert?

Start by joining the hub as a member and once you’re through the introduction course, you’ll select the verfied specialist path.  That will match you with one of our advisory board members and give you access to the certification program.

Do you offer group pricing or discounts?

We do offer discounts as well as corporate pricing.  We never want financial challenges to prevent anyone from furthering their development, so please reach out if you would like to discuss pricing.  admin@perspectiveshifters.com
